Liv Hybrid Tech Private Limited (‘the Company/Liv Hybrid’) would like to thank you for being shopping with us at our website, mobile & tablet applications (hereinafter referred to as the (“Platforms").

This Policy describes about our consumer-friendly product replacement and warranty policy in respect of shopping made at our Platforms.

Please note, any / all claims of shopping replacement and warranty shall be dealt by this policy and the Company reserves its right to change the Policy at any time without any prior notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review this policy periodically.


Liv Hybrid offers a 3 days Return Policy & 7 days replacement policy including the date of delivery.

In case a product reflects a technical issue, one can raise a replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched to the customer. This will be provided post physical examination of the product and if there is no issue found, same unit will be dispatched.

If a request is raised post 7 days of delivery and within the warranty period, product will be eligible for claims under Warranty Policy and Guidelines.

In the event of obsolescence of a product or any other reason whatsoever, if Liv Hybrid is not able to repair/replace the product during the warranty period, Liv Hybrid will have the option to offer the same product with equivalent features. The decision of Liv Hybrid in this regard shall be final.

Damaged Product Arrived/Wrong Product Received/Accessories is Missing

If your order is damaged/wrong/ has accessories missing on delivery, please raise a complaint within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.

You can call +91-8588861801 or email us at We will need your order ID and a few images of the product to process the replacement.

Attention: If the packaging of your order seems to have been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the order.

Attention regarding wrong product received: If the product is completely different, it will be considered as the wrong product. Under no condition there will be a refund/replacement.

(Note: Raise the complaint within 24 hours from delivery complaints raised post 24 hours will not be entertained)


• Liv Hybrid products come equipped with a warranty period of 01 year that cover technical issues excluding physical damages. Free door-to-door services are provided throughout the warranty period from the date of delivery. The warranty period starts from the date of the delivery of the product only if the customer has registered their product for warranty on the official website of Liv Hybrid.

• Proof of purchase in the form of invoice (irrespective of the sales channel) is required to be presented for availing warranty services. Liv Hybrid can choose to not provide services if the invoice is not presented.

• If the issue is not resolved over a call or an e-mail, we will arrange to pick up the device from your address, for repair or replacement. In case of non-availability of a reverse pick-up facility at your location, Liv Hybrid will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the Liv Hybrid Customer Service Team. When a customer self-ships the product, the cost must be incurred by the customer. Liv Hybrid will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.

• Liv Hybrid shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of Noise products including consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Liv Hybrid products.

• While Liv Hybrid will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

• Subject to applicable national laws, the Original Warranty Period under no circumstances will be extended and / or renewed and / or otherwise affected due to subsequent repair or replacement of the Product(s). However, in case of repaired and / or replaced part(s) the warranty period will be for the remaining period of the original Warranty Period.

• NOTE: The charging cables supplied with the Liv Hybrid products is not under any warranty.

When making a Warranty claim you have to present:
a. The Device (s) or affected part thereof; and
b. The original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the Customer and Seller, the date and place of purchase and GST number, and valid serial number in case of serialized products.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to repair/service any product(s) in the absence of the any of the followings:

a. Original Proof of purchase; and
b. Valid serial number on other products.
Exclusions for Warranty:

The warranty does not extend to:

a. Any product(s) damaged or rendered unusable as a result of use of the product(s) for purposes other than its normal intended use or handling of the product(s) in a manner not in conformity with standard handling norms of similar products or use of product in inappropriate operating environment and / or abnormal use.

b. Servicing, repairs, modifications or handling etc. by any unauthorized personnel.

c. Damage resulting from improper packaging during transportation of the product(s) to any Liv Hybrid Service Center.

d. Damage resulting from improper use / installation of third-party Product.

e. Causes external to the Product(s), such as electric power fluctuations or failure.

f. Normal wear and tear (including damage to the coating on the surface of the product(s)).

g. Defects due to beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage and any component burn due to that, or failures due to power surge and acts of God will not be covered.

h. Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature.

i. Any physical damage to the product(s).
Out of Warranty Product:

If a product that is out of warranty, reflects a technical issue & customer wants to avail the services, customer must incur a certain amount of charges.

A replacement can be given on chargeable basis if the product is not repairable. This can be processed only if the specific product is in stock.
Liv Hybrid warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures. Wear and tear that occurs due to regular usage of the device will also not be covered under warranty.

This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.

Please note that Liv Hybrid does not extend the GST policy for B2C customers on the Liv Hybrid website, and only B2B customers (corporate orders) are eligible to avail of GST invoices. Therefore, if you are a B2C customer, please be advised that you will not be able to claim GST invoices for your purchases. We request you to kindly take this into account while making your purchase decision. Liv Hybrid will not be responsible for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of this policy by the customer.

a. Except for the warranties set forth herein, Liv Hybrid disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

b. The maximum liability of Liv Hybrid under any circumstances shall be limited to an amount equal to the invoice amount paid by the purchaser/customer to Liv Hybrid for the Product(s).

The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and no rights can be derived from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms & Conditions, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.
